SERTÃO Americas: bringing people together and building bridges through art.​

SERTÃO Americas is a platform designed to solve creative needs, and it develops cultural initiatives that respond to a contemporary demand for integration, community, and dialogue. By fostering collective thinking and collaboration, it brings together artists from diverse media through a cultural exchange between Brazil and the United States.

Founded in 2024 in New York, SERTÃO Americas emerged from the creative interchange among artists and cultural leaders. In its inaugural year, it hosted events in Manhattan and Brooklyn, building a vibrant network of professionals.

In Brazil, SERTÃO Americas supports, promotes, and produces a range of projects, including Jacarandá and the Mostra de Violão da Lira Ceciliana. A defining feature of its work is the meaningful dialogue it cultivates, not only within individual events, but also across borders and between communities.
